As far as covid, LC doenst give a frick about covid after the hurricanes other than a couple of the plants caring. Honestly I would say do GN/Laberge if wanting to relax, drink and maybe hit up a club in the casino. Not like GN/Laberge are doing the concert series right now. BR is going to have much more of a resort feel and have more things to do with more being open. GN and Laberge are going to be newer than BR and GN is more up to date. All of the nicer shops around LC that I know of are open if that makes a difference. But if you plan to stay at casino and maybe eat a meal or two away, GN would be fine. If you want boiled seafood, hit up OBs(trust me) but night life outside the casino will be lacking. 121, Calla, Fire and Oak(owners of 1910), Luna, Mazens(my suggestion), cousins and a couple more are all open too. So GN and LaBerge didnt really suffer much damage and are good to go, so is Darrels if you want to hit it up.
